Panel Topics for the Constructive Dialogue on Technical Assistance & International Cooperation:
- Prevention of organized crime through public-private partnerships (PPPs) and socioeconomic, cultural and behavioural pathways, with a focus on organized fraud
- Exchange of good practices in international cooperation to freeze and confiscate proceeds of crime in the form of virtual currencies.
- 25 years after the adoption of the UNTOC: an assessment of the impact and added value of the Convention in the prevention of and fight against transnational organized crime, including through collaboration with civil society.

- Representatives of relevant non-governmental stakeholders, including non-governmental organizations (with and without ECOSOC status), academia, and the private sector.
